Basic guidelines for the use of the Community Center and common grounds.
The community speed limit is strictly 25 MPH. Please drive carefully to protect our children and pedestrians. In an emergency, remember that the closest paramedic unit is 10 minutes away, and the nearest trauma center is 30 miles away.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles for Single Family and 3 for Condos/Villas. Utilize driveway/garage parking before street parking. STR’s with cars that can't fit in the garage or driveways should utilize community parking before street and are not to park in townhome parking. Parking is restricted to one side of the road (pay attention to signs). Towing is enforced with sheriff enforcement for all county roadways.
Trash pickup is on Monday; all trash must be placed in furnished receptacles. ALL boxes shall be broken down and placed in totes, fines for failing to do so will be issued.
All occupants must sign the Front Desk Sign-in Sheet and carry their ID swipe card.
Tennis shoes or sneakers are required, and equipment use is limited to 30 minutes if others are waiting.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm, after which no loud music or disruptive noise is allowed.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building, and food is restricted to the Grand Hall, kitchen, and pool deck.

The outdoor pool is open 10:00 am to 7:00 pm in the summer, and the indoor pool is open 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 16 years old.
Diving, running, splashing, shoving, and horseplay are strictly prohibited.
Swimmers must shower before entering, and children who are not toilet trained are not permitted in the water.
Glass containers and smoking are not allowed inside the pool areas.
Any personal flotation device utilized in the pool must be US Coast Guard approved.
